I’m looking to complete my transmogs for the season, and I’ve hit a wall with my class sets.
I have every piece of the Heroic and Mythic set except the cloak.
I have catalyst charges I can use, but I cannot get a cloak of the proper ilvl to drop. Is there some way I could get one that isn’t RNG?
