Quickest leveling

Wanted to make an alt , just came back to the game and was curious what the quickest leveling is from 20-70

Some would say spam dungeons.

Mixture of dungeons and questing.

I like doing BFA, I almost know it by heart, extra bonus is if one of the faction assaults is happening.

Yeah likely that. Queue as dps only and do quests while waiting.

Whichever you prefer; doing questlines or spam dungeons. Thereā€™s WoTLK timewalking on this Tuesday. You can do that at lv30, which shouldnā€™t take too long if youā€™re underleveled.

Get to level 30 min and wait until TW starts on Tuesday. TW spam until 70 is the fastest leveling in the game bar none. Itā€™s even faster if you have a tank friend thatā€™s notā€¦ Mental, and group pulls massively to AOE it all down. Each dungeon should take around 5 to 7 minutes.

Chromie always recommends BFA for some reason. I guess they are embarrassed by the other expansions, ā€˜eh?

Time Walking + park your character in a large monster camp and just round stuff up and kill it in between queues.

I found the quickest to be Cataclysm Chromie Time.

You can quest in Vanilla zones while queueing for ā€œClassicā€ dungeons, which award not only bonus XP for completion but also offer a ton of quests for additional XP.

The other Chromie Time dungeons get repetitive due to the limited number of dungeons, and queue times tend to be long.

And those people would be correct, assuming you are willing to tank or heal. For DPS itā€™s more of a toss-up depending on queue times.

Iā€™ve found DPS queues during TW to be about 2 to 4 minutes whereas a tank of course is instant

Either way, TW is absolutely the fastest way to level - however if you get a tank thatā€™s very cautious/new and just pulls a tiny group it comes to a crawl

MoP is pretty good for questing. Lots of quick quests.

I like using Harldanā€™s speed leveling guides while also doing dungeons. I found his questing routes to be very useful efficient.

I try to pick dungeon content that also has quests (anything earlier than WoD), because thatā€™s usually good XP.

Just made a new alt 2 days ago and leveled her to 60 today. I like mop so I quested there while queuing dungeons until like 45. Then I did the wod intro to 50. After, I did a legion artifact quest and quested a bit in Valā€™sharah while queuing.

When tuesday rolls around, Iā€™ll do timewalking to 70 with the darkmoon buff.
