Quick tutorial for melee-healing as Holy?

Title says it all.

Veteran player wants to try new stuff. Not that familiar with Paladin. Even less familiar with their healing. But I want to learn so… yea. I like Mist/Fistweaver. From what im reading this is going to feel similiar in a way?

Im making a lowbie paladin to learn as I go but input here would be nice too

LIghtsmith + AC is the best build but it’s more complicated than herald

AC rotation real quick
use Virtue before damage phase then AC < Make sure you have blessed assurance before pressing wings.
AC
CS > Judgment > CS > Spent Holy power
CS should be back if you used Shield for spender. You have assurance again.
if not Judgment it’s your priority.

Out of Wings. Holy Shock / WoG / Divine Toll / triple Holy shocks.

Armaments,
Bullwark - use it as a Healing CD
Weapons - don’t put weapons in people who already have weapons.
If your tank is going to take a lot of damage use the Sword in him the spirit Link effect will save him but make sure you have a bubble cause you will likely die.
The judgment empowered to activate AC from awakening will heal the whole party. so use it wisely.

Herald of the Sun ← More healing burst. less DPS. Use Prism on CD to spread your dawnlight (This the main mechanic of the herald , Hots/Dots for you to connect with wings). during wings, you will heal a lot. move the lines around enemies or allies to extra healing/ damage.

Rotation, Holy shock, judgment Spend (EF or Shield of R).
