Quick Strike QoL change

With the recent change of Endless Rage to now be a Helmet rune, it almost feels like we are pigeonholed into Quick Strike for Arms, I would love to use it but I feel like there are a few things holding it back. Of course its rage cost is crazy, even with 3 points in improved Heroic Strike and if you were bold enough to use Focus Rage for your belt slot to bring its rage cost down to 14, only 1 rage less then slam it does far to little damage for its cost and that brings me to my other point. It does a flat amount of damage yet everything else the warrior does for damage is Weapon Damage+, so even if they were to do nothing about its rage cost, I think simply adding Weapon damage along with its flat damage would help make it a more viable pick. Or do as I’ve seen in another post make it a rage generator and keep its damage low. Just a few thoughts, curious of what others would think about this. (Also I come from a PvP mindset.)

I think Endless rage should just get reverted back to gloves( PVE arms warrior here). I agree as well the rage cost for quick strike with 3 points in imp heroic strike is still insane

Ultimately, the big problem is that as a filler, its better to use hamstring so you can fish for deep wounds procs and windfury for very little rage cost. My idea for a rework for quick strike would be for it to continue to be fairly high rage and low damage, but count as 2 swings. That way, you get 2 chances for windfury and deep wounds with one global at the cost of more rage. This would allow some depth in the rotation as you’d need to decide when to quick strike and when to hamstring.

Quick strike is useless dead rune, it was obvious some within the workplace meme/joke and had no relevance in this game
