I need 4000 Nethershards.
How do i farm ?
What currency is that? Timewarped Badges? The first Timewalking dungeon you do in a particular Timewalking week gives a quest that awards 500. And then each TW dungeon you do awards a total of 25-30 per full clear.
Farm bosses, chests, and quests on Broken Shore in Legion. Also, the Legion zone invasions in the Broken Isles award big chunk, but they’re events so not always available.

The Treasuremaster questline on the Broken Shore unlocks a world quest in a cave at the bottom of the hill by the shore. It takes 2 days to unlock that, then it’s up all the time, 3 days duration. I think that’s most promising, as the amount can vary from 1 to 50k+.
Then invasions. The elite quests always give 350 nethershards, sometimes non-elite quests do, depending on the zone.
Then elites marked with skulls on the Broken Shore map. They are up for about half an hour and rotate in a wave. If you’re on a dead realm, you may find some up leftover from the last wave.
Then chests. On a dead realm they’re all over the place, not so much for a busy realm. They seem to pop all at once.

I know that we get a quest that rewards us 500 badges. I have ran two instances and did relog. BUt i have not got the quest.
Did something change?
Do you by chance already have one in your bags/bank? If so, you will not receive another, it is one quest per timewalking per character.
