Quick question on Nature's Swiftness, need help

I haven’t used Nature’s Swiftness for several expansions, and am writing a “Oh No, someone’s about to die” macro for it. Would I want to use Healing Surge or Healing Wave in conjunction with Nature’s Swiftness?
