Do I need to be on a druid rep grinding and doing content with the emerald dream, or can any character regardless of class can do the content and unlock the forms for the account? Same with warlock pet appearances too i guess.
no rep required but you have to be on a druid to unlock druid forms. And yes, they are all tied to the Emerald Dream zone accept one that is crafted from a scribe.
so even if i have druid alts who done the content, if they aren’t picking up the items to unlock the appearances then the items wont drop or are the items account bound?

You only need to unlock them on ONE druid though, like the lock pets.
