If I talent into “Incarnation: Chosen of Elune”, does that mean all my VoP procs will use this “improved” Incarn? Or will the VoP procs still be the “vanilla” Celestial Alignment?
It will use the improved.
Starlord is still recommended over Incarn when using VoP major, but the margin is negligible.
It is recommended to use Starlord if you can maintain ~7% haste gain from starlord. I just run with incarn, and with VOP buff in 8.3, it’s getting better.
