honestly i find blessings to be more annoying than seals. seals rarely run out during a fight. crusader -> judge -> command/righteous -> loot.
blessings are always falling off
Don’t think of it as a buff. That’s entirely the wrong way to look at it.
Think of it as an attack spell. If someone said, “I’m considering playing a priest, but you use Smite multiple times, even in one combat, right? That sounds tedious,” it would be immediately apparent that what they were saying was goofy; it’s no different for Seal of Righteousness.
Judgement on CD is very mana intensive. Unless you’re at high mana, Judge SotC and use either SoC or SoR depending on weapon speed and auto attack. You will regenerate mana while you are auto attacking, which is useful for efficiency. You can also Judge right at the end of your seal’s duration if you won’t need to reapply SotC. If fights are actually short (and there’s a lot of weak mobs) judge SoR then reapply Seal and bop them.
SoR is for <3.5s weapon speed and SoC is for >3.5s weapon speed too.
For style points, when you get a Vengeance proc drop Consecration when you’re 51+.
Personally I like the style. I usually judge wisdom on the mob to get mana back, and use righteousness for dmg. I’ve found using a quick weapon is better when relying on more procs from a wisdom or light judgement. However if you are going to go ret with a 2h you want to just use a crusader judgement with seal of command. Unless it’s a running mob. Then always judge justice to keep them from running.
