feel like making a new dk, and can’t decide what race to go with. only thing i know is i don’t wanna roll a pandaren (even though i love them) or any of the allied races, since i wanna do the old quest-chain.
so what race do i go with for my new dk?
Troll, Mag’har, or norm Orc is what I found to be pretty fun to play back in the past for DK. I’d personally lean more on norm Orc or Jungle Troll since the damage you can do for either of them is pretty nice.

My prefered first choice is the tauren wielding 2 hand ancient totem exclusive for aesthetic. the tauren stomp is good to have as well
Other options are: Undead (horde) or human, dwarf, (alliance)

Totally forgot about Tauren DKs. Big thumbs up for this suggestion as well.
I can say the same for HM Tauren since the versatility and their bull charge is fun.
I’d pick Tauren or Blood Elf for Horde or Human or Night Elf for Alliance due to the customizations and armor looks for all four of them since I usually go for looks above all else on my characters.

Gnome. There is no other answer for classes that can be gnomes.
All others are useless and inferior. I’m only a NE because Gnomes can’t be druids. yet.

I played a Gnome Blood DK. People can actually see the target cause I’m not blocking it by attacking their toes.

Man. I mained a Tauren dk from the launch of wrath all the way through legion. You would be amazed at how much stuff you don’t see until you swap out of that race class combo. I race changed him to an orc and it felt like I got a new pair of glasses.

If you have any interest in playing Blood, I’ll throw Dwarf into the ring. They look good in bulky plate sets and Stoneform is unironically goated as a Tank racial.
