What race/gender would you think of when I said ‘Weakling’? Just going by appearance!
What race/gender would you think of as a darn beefcake tank, the opposite of a ‘Weakling’?

Weakling, how? I would say vulpera. Nothing comes to mind besides maybe the race is only good at finding where to stick the blade easier, like a rogue, and maybe hunter. Id also say gnome if you do not go magic.

To rival those two, i would have to say male draenei and tauren. Any occupation as a male draenei. Only the strength focus for tauren, including druid.
Well, hiding it to not spoil the fun part of this character.
He (or she) is cursed and locked to level 10. But makes the most of it by enchantments and all sorts of gizmos to become strong anyway. But still, most will see them as a ‘weakling level 10’.
Non RP; Level locked lvl 10 arcane mage twink with enchants and gemmed up gear to tank leveling dungeons.
For your first comment any of the small races like Gnomes, Goblins, Mecha Gnomes, Vulpera.
For your second comment: Any of the bigger races: Male Orcs, Tauren, Pandaren, MAYBE male dwarves, Refridgerator Male Draenei, Kul’tiran.
If doing rp, i would say as long as you use any toy or item to shrink your character size, race wouldnt matter.

Male tauren are pretty ripped so possibly them? Lot of muscle and well…beef as hey they’re cows…

Panda warrior got some lovely animations. Least for those that weren’t foolishly overwritten by the legion animation change.
Blood Elf female would fit that description well.
The opposite would be Blood Elf male. As they’re quite weak.
Clearly, Night Elf women.
You can go with warriobeef or bearbeef, but they’re both beefy.
There’s also the Felbeef, with some nice glaives to go along with it. So, if you’re into neon green and some indecency, that’s your beef.
