I play with my room mate, and sometimes when he goes and gets a snack or goes to take a big stinky number 2, I might reach over to his keyboard and hit the heal button if I am low HP and we are in a dungeon together.
Just wanted to make sure if an account will get banned for this its his account and not mine.

That’s bannable technically. You’re not allowed to play someone elses account.
While yes, you technically are not allowed to have more than one person playing a single account, there is a zero chance Blizzard has cameras set up in your room to see that you got up and pressed the heal button to heal your character while your friend was AFK, nor I think would they care about that.
They don’t need to set any up; they just use the one on your pc!
