Quick leveling advice?

First off… Let me just say that all the announcements and what not for Blizzcon have me super jazzed for the future! Just wanted to add that bit of positivity to the forums since the world is lacking in that regard these days.

Now onto the topic at hand… I know all zones/timelines are pretty quick in regards to leveling these days. But just for gits and shiggles, what would be the quickest leveling experience in y’alls opinions?

Turn on warmode and spam dungeons in between questing. Pick wod for the fastest questing I think? But honestly its all so fast you might be better off just picking your favorite expansion to level during.

Also try to run timewalking dungeons whenever you can

People still do that for questing ? Then they come to the forums and say they get camped lol

Questing between dungeons for dps since you can have a lot of time in queues.

As a healer or tank, when timewalkings up, especially if it overlaps any bonus xp weeks, running that is a level+ per dungeon with each lasting maybe 8 minutes assuming the group is good, especially for the last 10 levels if you dont want to do world quests in the dream zones.

THE fastest? Character boost token.

Manually, tho, for me personally is probably Chromie time Cata. Elwynn Forest > Westfall > Redridge > Duskwood > Stranglethorn > DF. But that’s me personally for alliance alts because I know those zones so well. Well, I think for more than just me because I always see many players in those same zones as well. They’re anything but dead. I also use heirlooms because while the gear looted and rewarded is your level, the stats are still Vanilla.

As much as I hate WoD it is the fastest open world questing with the bonus events. And that is still true with the events nerfed over the years.

If you do it in WoD or BFA the Alliance and Horde starting zones are separated so there’s usually no camping. But BFA is the better choice because it has shorter dungeon queues.

Yeah, if you don’t plan to do dungeons WoD is definitely the fastest. The starting scenario gives a ton of xp and the first zone has a lot of quests packed together. Although, in my opinion, doing a combination of dungeons and questing is faster than questing alone and it breaks up the process.

WoD is the fastest amd it’s extremely easy. The enemies are scaled in a way that you can massacre an army before you can kill a small group on bfa.

It also has less down time/cutscenes/talking scenes eating up time.

Then there’s the quests that pop up when you get near them. Usually where other quests were sending you anyway.

My character here hit 10-60 from intro, Frostfire Ridge, and initial Gorgrond + dungeons on the side. It was very fast. Even faster as Alliance and them auto unlocking flying at 30.

Yea but you know there might be some 70s looking for lowbies levling, people used to do that on pvp servers

I leveled a toon recently for the Undead heritage armor and I have to say I had WM on and did WOD and ever saw another living soul from own faction let alone from allaince.

And WOD is by far the fastest I would not even dungeon. Just go frostfire/shadowmoon > Gorgrond> Spires of Arak you will get to level so fast.

EDIT: Make sure that when you level you take the Gladiator pit in gorgrond and the INN in spires. IT may not be the most engaging leveling track but it is the fastest.
