RFD has always been one of my favorite dungeons though. Really like the ghetto lich.

A few things.

  1. You can quest while you’re waiting, or even make dinner.
  2. You can always use LFG and make your own group to go to the occulus if you’re concerned about this happening.
  3. You’re cherry picking the worst case example to make your case and ignoring everything else.

Yes that is the main thing that makes me prefer max lvl content with dungeon finder over without it. Much easier to actually play the game while looking for group with LFD than with the Bulletin Board window open.

Either way I think LFD is absolutely necessary for leveling content.

I honestly think they should just add LFD and either

  1. Add LFD 15-70 allowing you to level alts better plus that will help with boost spamming (Maybe).
  2. Add LFD 15-80 but only for normal dungeons you still have to get groups for heroics.

I think both of these are valid ways to appease both groups who either want or don’t want LFD
