I have only prepped six chars to do the echos, and already I notice massive diminishing returns?
Also, it just so happens that when I jump on, I usually hit the Ony event. I’ve now done the weekly for Ony six times, and now it no longer appears for any other char?

They changed it from a weekly to a daily and made it account-wide.

The Zone quests to kill the final boss is now a Warbound Weekly.Daily.
They are every hour now, each zone is up for an entire hour, boss spawns and you kill him, the mini activities respawn and you rinse and repeat. After 1 hour, the zone changes and you do the same thing in the other zones.
You can farm the bosses, they are not daily or weekly.
The quest itself is a daily, but yeah you can farm the bosses as much as ya want.
At least that’s what I was under the impression of on the change.

the quest now says repeatable (1 hour)
So I guess they made it even shorter

I have not seen this. As far as I am aware, it is daily per Warband.
