Cannot find a healer at all. No one logs in, LFG has people joining as healer then changing to dps when joining arena (this is so shady, are they his desperate to queue double dps?). Idk, even when I can play, it feels terrible.
All in all, PvP developers have ruined this expansion for me and countless others.
It’s 1pm on a Tuesday my fren. People are at work or daycare.
I’m pugging my arenas and I have a choice of either sitting in LFM as a WW for 30+ minutes until I find a group or get one instantly as a MW and hate my life.
Surely there would be people to play with at all times of the day if this game actually had millions of players as they pretend they do.
It used to be that way. I remember playing other MMO’s in the past and thinking how you have to play during “prime time” to get groups and do stuff but not in WoW. Sadly that’s no longer the case.

I just think it’s dumb that the best healers IN THE WORLD can make a match go on 15 minutes, so they decide to cut mana regen BY 50%.

The game does have plenty of people. I’m not denying that it’s had a decline but, it is also 15 years old.
You need to remember that a lot of the player base have played for a while, and those people are certainly old enough to have jobs and time consuming lives. Tuesday mid day isn’t exactly suitable for anyone to play, even children unless they are sick, home from school, for some reason their work is closed, etc. It’s not a major holiday or anything. Add this to the fact that pvp is still grossly underpopulated compared to pve players. Then factor in that out of the pvp’ers, you’re looking for the people who want to queue arenas, then out of those the ones that are in your desired mmr/cr, then out of those a specific spec (healer), which are notoriously the hardest role to find in all pvp content. Then out of those, you’re lookinh for the ones in LFG instead of with friends or already in matches with others. If you miraculously found queue’s in the barren wasteland you describe, I’m sure they’d be no more than a minute long.
I mean I’m just saying you’re being a little dramatic. I’ve been home on chow plenty of times and grabbed a quick cap or at least some games. There’s always people in LFG. Not as many as Friday night at like 1800. But what do you expect?
I miss arena teams.
Some of the names I saw were absolutely hilarious and some were pretty bad in terms of TOS, yet never got banned.

Arenas are pretty toxic right now. Fire mages 90% of games and dks. You no longer have to cc a healer to land a kill anymore. Just 100-0 someone. The game is in a very bad spot. On alliance side it takes 15-20 minutes to even have a dps que up in my LFG>
Yea ded game on a tuesday afternoon in the prob the least particparted part of it when most of us are in our late 20s.
I found the best solution is to try and make friends with the most ‘willing to improve’ players in LFG. Especially ones that have more than 1 character. It takes a long time sewer dwelling in LFG arenas, but you should try not to be that guy that only plays DPS. Be the person that mains maybe a rogue or warrior but also plays a mistweaver from time to time. That’s what I do. I main mage, but have played disc as well to heal my friends who mostly main heals… gotta let the healer mains relieve stress as dps from time to time.
TLDR : Maybe you should heal if you can’t find any.
Game isn’t dead for me and I consistently play in the top 200 for 2v2.
Maybe people want to play with someone more proven than you.

Other than arena and to a way lower extend bgs there is really nothing interesting to do in this game. Nothing feels really unique and worth earning anymore. I removed my video card about a week ago to give it a solid cleaning and still haven’t put it back into my computer since I have maybe 1 active and competent arena player left on my btag list and that ain’t worth logging in for.

Installing a GPU takes all of about 3 minutes. You didn’t put it back in because you’re lazy.
