Queueing for multiple random dungeons

Now that timewalking dungeons are such a regular thing, I think it would be nice to be able to queue for multiple random dungeon queues. Example: currently I’m in Chromie Lich King time. So it’d be nice to be able to queue for Random Lich King dungeons AND random TimeWalking dungeons, and just go with whatever pops first. Especially since, more recently, dungeon queue wait times have skyrocketed. Typing this as I wait 30+ minutes for the random timewalking dungeon queue (yes I know tank/healer queues are faster).

i love this idea and I’d like to see it too, but at the same time I need to mention that the more things you queue for, the more queues you disrupt when you accept your first dungeon.

The system might be getting really weird average estimates exactly because of this. If you queue for 10 things then the system reserves you 9 spots you’ll never take. it might cause all sorts of glitches in the backend.

I’m sure it would make queue predicting a lot trickier for the reasons you mentioned. Many of the conveniences they’ve added over the years have good and bad results. I personally like the dungeon/raid/bg queueing systems. I also remember a time when those didn’t exist, and the community was probably stronger for it because we had to reach out to each other to start groups, or actually travel to the place where the bg/raid/dungeon was located i.e. world immersion

Not sure why queues have been so bad (long waits) lately. Even leveling a healer, the waits have been longer than usual. Maybe we’re just at the low point of the season/expansion. Not as many people queueing for things.

i have LookingForSachels installed and I’ve actually gotten queues to pop with sachel as DPS. it happens like twice per year and it’s been happening all of last weekend.
