You can just hop on an alt and re-queue to (hopefully) get a regular pugs-vs-pugs match on the next pop, that’s what I usually do if I see a full premade on the other side
If you happen to be solo-Q’ing and you get paired up against a premade, it makes no sense to actually sit thru said matches - just leave and go next
