can’t actually enter the servers for another 20 or so minutes so the queues can’t really move.
Understood. But you would think after 14 years of doing this.
Someone would actually expect this to happen and have some sort of contingency plan on hand to resolve it.
Let’s say…be prepared to merge etc.
I think my biggest complaint is that my position is going from say 2200 to 2900 and I just now gained 2 more minutes.

That being said, Blizzard can suck one.
I quit playing because it was a one button push game.
Now I get the chance to play again, and this crap. smdh
If it’s not fixed by morning…they can have it.
Remember Blizz…you need active players more than we need a game.

I got in and played for a few hours today on some low pop realm. Don’t know what your problem is but if there’s a queue, go find another realm. Simple.

Probably because it’s an estimation not a prediction. They couldn’t have known how long each player will be playing.
Unless you want some kind of servers dc players when they play longer than the severs estimated.

I just read a post about how they are intentionally started out with only a few realms and are slowly adding on so if classic dies off it doesnt leave a bunch of empty servers and a spread put population. So long term health vs a short term problem.
Dude there are so many people trying to play Classic right now that there was a queue to RESUB. Too many people are subbing!!! That’s the amount of people we are dealing with lol. It’s insanity.

waited a very long queue just to see 300 people lagging out Northshire, think I will wait a few days and try again, let things calm down, back to retail for now.
They should have locked the high population realms. Once a given realm reaches a certain population, don’t allow any new players who do not already have a character on that realm.
So I typed it fast and didn’t correct.
The point is / was still made.
I think it’s funny how so many people can’t spell queue.
I’m just waiting for the misspelled grammar to make it’s rounds now.
