Look I accept queues, but day 1 I got in early and was booted before I could level. I haven’t gotten back in game since, because of queue times.
Again I accept the queue times.
But today I got in queue and after 2 hours got booted from the queue and went back to the back of the line.
My queue time has me getting in around 9 pm EST now.
I don’t think it is a realistic expectations that we need to sit and monitor the queue non stop to maintain our queue spot.

have you considered a different server?
I accept my fate as well.
I’m just surpised there isn’t like more layers or something so more people can go in.
Just have to plan ahead. Get in the Queue several hours before you plan to play.
If you’re at work you can do that by remote desktoping into your PC. If your sleeping wake up, start the Queue go back to bed.
If you’re awake… plan accordingly.

Day 1 Herod I set my Q, went to the fair and got back just in time to log in (about 8 hours later) day 2 I rolled on a new server and haven’t waited in a Q since. Wasting 8 hours of play time was worth it to not wait 8+ hours to play.

100% right. It’s bull, but don’t let soulless fanboys get you down. Atleast youre not on the forums telling people they should be happy about not being able to play a game you paid for.

How odd, all 5 realms I was asked to move to do not have a queue. You were asked to move to another realm, like many over the last couple of days. You are sitting in a queue right now as a result of your own refusal to do so.
Stop whining and move to another realm like you were asked to do. I was able to log in last night on a few realms with very small queue times, while the other three realms I have characters on had no such queue time. You are preventing yourself from playing the game so you can come and complain on the forums, instead of playing the game.
What is odd is you have commented on 30 posts with almost the same tone, targeting any conversation related to this topic. It is odd because you profess you haven’t had any difficulty logging in to your new server. Odd because if I wasn’t having any trouble logging in I wouldn’t be trolling forums. hmmmm…maybe you are having a little more trouble than you are confessing. Maybe trolling other folks having problems with the que is what you set out to do on this fine day. I see you…
I did, and I get bounced from the queue and have to start over.
That is my frustration. I accept that there will be a queue. Just would like to only wait through it once per log in.

The thing is, 3-4 months down the line when all the hype has worn off, all these low pop servers with no queue time will also have very little in the way of recruitment for endgame content. First 2 weeks or even the first month might be terrible on Herod, Faerlina, Whitemane, etc but at the end of 2019 those will be the realms that are still alive and strong.
And everyone who rerolled to no-queue realms the 2nd or 3rd day will be asking Blizzard for free realm transfers.
I’m on Stallag and didn’t get to play on launch for many hours, late at night.
Ever since I started logging in the morning and I’ve been able to play in the afternoon.
It seems the early bird gets the worm.
If you can’t do that, you can always play other games in the meantime.
Good luck.
I think it is more likely they will merge low pop servers. It costs them money to run these additional servers.
I agree, whatever their original plan is… they need to just start stacking layers like they’re building the worlds biggest lasagna. People aren’t leaving their established servers, so it’s on Blizz to adjust now.
Imagine organizing a 40 man raid team like this. Telling people to log in by 2 if they wanna raid by 9?
Jeez. I’m happy with my server and typically beat the queue, but i too have been randomly d/c’d and tossed into the queue again.
