Could anyone please advise how/why people get randomly disconnected from the queue, only to be placed in the back of the line upon reconnecting? I waited 2 hours to get in game (from 2500 names down to 800) only to then get kicked out, and put back in a 3500 person line. Second time this week, and it makes it impossible to even hope to play.
