Questline to unlock Bruto

I can’t get the questline to unlock the follower Bruto. Is it because I chose to build a Lumbermill instead of a Fight Club?

Okay, therefore can I change the building to a Fight Club, (for 5,000 gold) and then receive the questline for Bruto, even though I originally had a Lumbermill?

yes you can swap out the lumbermill
but the quest idk about
