Questline Disappeared and no help from customer support yet

I have a problem with a BFA questline starting with the champions of azeroth I believe the quest is called. The quest is when you receive the heart of azeroth necklace and have to activate the chamber forge scenario. After getting the heart of azeroth inside the chamber the questline abruptly stopped and nothing happened in the chamber for 5 minutes, so I left. There was a greyed out question mark above magni for a quest I never accepted and I could no longer get inside the chamber. Following the support articles, forum posts, and wow head discussions nothing worked or helped fix the problem. I can’t abandon any quests because they don’t appear on my quest logs and I can’t get inside the chamber even after trying to talk to the earth guardians because I can’t interact with them or click on them. I contacted the support team 2 days ago and they gave me a automated support response ABOUT WRATH OF THE LICH KING??? What part of BFA brings WRATH CLASSIC to mind? Still waiting for a human response and all the while I just want to play the game I paid 15 dollars for. Please let me continue to progress in content.

It sounds like you’ve already completed the quests for the Heart of Azeroth. (It can end a bit abruptly if you’ve already done BfA content. Originally when you had to get the HoA to even start BfA he’d give you a quest to start the BfA intro, but if you’ve already done it, it’s not relevant.)

The “Champions of Azeroth” quest that Magni has that you haven’t completed is the Emissary quest. (It will go away on it’s own when it expires.) If you can see it, it means you’ve unlocked World quests, which can only be done if you’ve completed the original HoA quests.

The Naz’jatar intro will lock you out of the chamber as I recall. So, once you’ve finished that, you should get access again. (Although you don’t really need access for anything I recall that doesn’t also require the Naz’jatar intro.)

I will try what you said and get back to you in a few hours. Thank you for doing more than paid blizzard employees. Good community.
