im questing to get the burning steppes achievement and have the “preparations” quest completed years ago, now i cant find the next quest “annihilation”, not even on wowhead

Yeah was questing here on my Dracthyr and once I made it to Chiselgrip and completed a quest for Keeshan and one for Troteman the quests just stopped abruptly and there is no moving forward to complete the story line here in this zone. If anyone has any news or why this suddenly stopped I would really like to know. Thank you.

“A Needle in a Hellhole” ?
It gives a costume based on the players race.
Is this the quest where things came to a halt?
