Hi,
I think I had a bug in the Suramar storyline,
more specifically I believe I had a bug in “The Waning Crescent” quest.
Here’re some status of my character:
- it happens to my account Wilson#12632, the character “Purplespear” in “illidan” realm.
- I am now “Revered” in the faction of Nightfallen faction
- I could not finish the “The Waning Crescent” achievement, and I could not receive any new tasks.
- After reading wowhead, I remember finishing some first sub-quests in the line of “The Waning Crescent”, but I didn’t receive the following ones (i assume it’s broken there).
- I have turned on the trivial quest option.
It has been for quite a few days. It would be great if I could get the following steps for “The Waning Crescent”. If that’s too much of a technical difficulty, I am also good if support could reset or simply skip this quest line one.
thanks in advance

same issue as well. I cannot pick up the quest “Shift Change”, the NPC just doesn’t have anything else for me.
There are several forum posts about this exact issue now so it’s definitely a problem Blizz needs to fix

after reading some of the follow-up posts you mentioned,
I tried wearing the disguise mask and the quests appeared for me
I wonder if that’s your case as well?

Brook yes i feel so stupid now. That is EXACLTY what the issue was. I was driving myself crazy trying to figure this out
Month- how long I have been working on Rep thinking that’s what my issue was. How long I have been searching forums and posts and all completely unsuccessful. Now I find this and I have never been happier someone took the time to post a helpful solution! Thank you!!!
I too struggled with this issue. I had turned on my mask but still no quests. It wasn’t until i equipped my heart of azeroth necklace and legion weapon that the quests started opening up and I started progressing again. I was wondered my my legion weapon (in my inventory) kept whispering to me to take her with me!
