So, in between world quest days, I thought I’d level a death knight as I’ve never played one. I picked unholy because I wanted to use a large two-handed and like the idea of having minions.
She’s almost level twenty, but I’ve noticed having to summon a new ghoul frequently. Is something happening where they’re de-spawning or are they that fragile?
The perma ghoul comes late 20s I’m pretty sure. Right now its a CD like the other specs.
Also, get used to summoning it every time you change zones, it desummons. Dungeons/raids are the worst, lol.
Yeah, I got the Risen 1/1 talent upgrade already. I guess what I’m seeing is the zoning thing. Like, I’ll kill a bunch of mobs, mount up, and somewhere along the way back, it de-spawns.
I never notice it happening, but i do when i can’t use my CDs, lol.
I figured out what it was. Whenever I level, he gets dismissed. Good thing that’s temporary.
Wow, it despawns when you gain a level. I didnt notice, because i leveled at frost from 60-70 for the most part, just swapping to UH every now and then for fun. Well, at least that one isn’t permanent.
I think there’s a bug with the ghoul causing this. When you get to max level you’ll still have issue with having to summon it when you change zones. I don’t think this is intended behavior as the ghoul is a permanent pet in unholy and should always be there until you dismiss it. On my hunter my pets never despawn like that when I change zones.
This started doing this despawning thing when dragonflight hit didn’t it? I always remember ghoul being out and if I wanted him gone I actually had to dismiss
