Questions about rescue/twin guardian and lifebind/emerald communion?

I have some questions about rescue/twin guardian and lifebind/emerald communion?

When do you use rescue/twin guardian? Is it meant to be used as an external? I try and move the target typically the tank to as close to as they are standing but I feel like it could potentially mess up their positioning. I see a lot of builds using this but I am just having trouble figuring when and how to do so.

As for the lifebind/emerald communion combo it seems like you want to echo a few target and do temporal anomaly and then verdant embrace for lifebind on someone and then use emerald communion. It feels like a lot of clicks/build up before you can do the combo and is a little tricky on timing.

Anyone have any pointers or macros that might help with these abilities and combos?

Use rescue as if you would as an external or repositioning ability.

I remember the first time one of us found out you could rescue to a certain spot on the raszageth platform that would instantly cause someone to fall to their doom. Nobody was safe. Had to pay back all those rescue saves we made.

I have been trying to practice the lifebind combo but I am still having issues with it. It doesn’t seem like it adds much healing with it so I must be doing something wrong.
