Questions about missing talents

Been away since bfa and just came back with prepatch. Was looking at some other demon hunters on the armory and noticed something weird. Most of them are able to get the initiative talent with 1 less talent requirement from when I try to do it. I was trying to figure out how to get 3 of the bottom talents like people i see but im guessing there was a patch that either moved initiative or removed a talent or two and the armory just hasnt updated? I cant find the patch for this info.

Also was there a pvp glaive toss ability removed too? Cant find any info and super confused

You can copy talent loadouts from the armory and import them in game. I’m not sure what you are talking about though

so i just tried it and it gave me Netherwalk even though the person who i copied it from doesnt have netherwalk.

I think that’s more of an issue on the armory not showing all of the selected talents because you cannot get initiative without taking netherwalk (or desperate instincts i guess)
