Questioning if the Titans/First Ones are Actually Protagonists

right?! I would like for the Titans to be a lesson on how absolute Order can be totalitarian.

That’s why I’m inclined to see how Death came to be locked up, because I would imagine that Death as a facet of chaos wouldn’t have jived with the Titans Order and them being the Pantheon of “Law and Order” - Ion called them that. Could be a lesson on oppressive Order. Maybe Sargeras was right about the universe and there is no real objectively “good” cosmic force.

This idea of a “just” cosmos like real objective Justice may not exist in this universe.

Despite his boasts otherwise, the Jailor isn’t Death. He’s just an involuntary Warden for the garbage pail of the afterlife.

Yes, but he refers to Death being “Chained” so Death as a pantheon, The Pantheon of Death, may still be locked up the Maw, that’s what we collectively have asserted and accepted in another thread.

Sorry I should have been more clear that I don’t believe the Jailer/Eternal Ones are the original Pantheon of Death. The Pantheon of Death is still locked up in the Maw.
