If I had a map drop this week and used it, can I still use the Wave Scrambler in another delve to get another map? Also is there a way to know if you already used a map on a character?
No, you can only get 1 map per week per character. If you go into the delve difficulty select, the rewards should show that a delve map is possible if you haven’t got one yet. At least I’ve seen it.
