I’m curious why you’re posing this question to night elves?

All the other spots are taken?

It’s not JUST about teldrassil and where it was (off the coast). Darkshore belongs to the Night Elves too and so it doesn’t have much to do with the tree.

Fandral resurrection intensifies

Really ? I will race change my Tauren Druid to troll one

This lol .long live sylvannas and horde

Yep, I agree. We should just worry about reclaiming and restoring Hyjal and Ashenvale and not worry about Staghelm’s Folly.

It happened to me on another thread. I actually, selected the person I wanted to quote, from a post I quoted him earlier. The name on the quote was my own. You need to make sure you’re in the right comment to have the right person’s name quoted. I’m thinking you were quoting Crowlay, but was in a comment where Awkaran had quoted him, as the quote you posted was from Crowlay.

I had a bad run in with him on another thread. I think he’s arrogant and condescending, but in this case, I agree with him. At least I think what he’s trying to say is we can’t just dismiss it simply because we can build another one. There are rules to war, even in an MMO war, that should be followed. Murdering innocent children is top of the list of war crimes. It’s not just about burning the world tree. It’s about those war crimes Sylvanas (again I believe Queen Ashara in Sylvanas form) committed. There has been no indication Sylvanas would take such an act, for what? Azerite? Her entire motivation during Legions was finding a way to either cure her or gain immortality. (I’m assuming that from what Greymane said during their encounter with Eyir.) “Sylvanas, your quest for immortality has left you vulnerable.” And we know she went off on her own when first arriving in Storeheim on some personal mission. Maybe what Greymane did broke her, IDK. But I think this is one of the things Ion said would become clear during that Q & A session.

Do you known nothing about the lore?

Sylvanas basically burned down an entire country.

It’s not just a tree, it was an “island” full of their people. Whom she burned alive.

That’s mostly why the Kaldorei are furious. Another part is the tree was/is sacred to them.

I like this theory and it explains a whole lot of “holes”

You can’t just plant one and Teldrassil was grown by a rogue faction of NE druids, it was never supposed to be. That is why it was never formally blessed by the dragon flight.

We are not there just to fight over the burned out remains of Teldrassil but to rescue the survivors, stop the Forsaken from raising the fallen NEs and to retake what we consider our home.

Explain the ‘Shock and Awe’ campaign and that wasn’t a war crime? To me What Sylvanas did was as bad as that.

But more appropriately, we’re there to fail spectacularly so Anduin can be right again!

I agree with this, and could be a great opportunity for Blizzard developers to update the whole zone, in order to show what for lore is the amazing beauty of Night elf forest and architecture.

Yes, it’s true at least the real world information that i gave. It’s told me by a close friend of mine who is about to degree as agronomic engineer. But if you want you can google about that to get more information.
And if taurens farts are so bad as real world cows, tauren overpopulation should be a problem!!! XD

Because Argus is a disaster at biblical proportions. Fixing a world tree or even a region is possible. For example see how Western Plaguelands since Cataclysm looks so much better than before. But Argus is not a just a region or the World Tree. Is a whole planet! i don’t know if it is posible to fix something like that, and if is posible will take ages.

irrelevant

Incorrect comparison.

Who said anything about fixing it anyway?
