May i know if i have to do all the 8 different m+ dungeons for the great vault having a bigger pool of rewards to choose from?
Or can i repeat the same m+ dungeon eight times, and have the similar rewards?

The loot pool of the GV is completely unaffected by the content you do in M+.
You can run 8x Mists and get the exact same vault as someone who runs 1 of each dungeon.

Yes. Doing 8x same dungeon can get you reward from any dungeon.
In raids it’s only the bosses u actually killed.
