I was curious I have level 60 and 70 Level Boost is better just a fresh levell boost character or use i have?
That’s really up to you honestly, the only “upside” which I don’t think they do anymore was that if it was an existing character and they had professions, the professions would also get boosted, but I want to say they took that out awhile ago, so really it’s if you want to be able to make a new name/race/etc or if you’re happy boosting someone you already have progress on.

Given that there is a large experience boost going on I’d save those for a rainy day.
With the 25% Warband + 20% Anniversary + WM you’re gonna level fast.
