Question on queue times

Hi Earthfury,

I’m looking to roll a new character for a “fresh start” experience and am drawn to Earthfury because of the great faction balance. I am generally familiar with the history of the free transfers and how the Incendius queue was at least partially transferred to Earthfury, but I am wondering how bad the queues actually got and how long it took for them to die down.

I ask because I anticipate similar queues around the time of major content drops, and want to be prepared.

queues only lasted maybe two weeks and they were pretty rare (maximum 30 minutes), I been in queue only two times.
I don’t remember seeing a queue since layering is gone.

Last queue was due to the login servers failing, but there was a simple workaround. I think we’ll see a queue for AQ post-announcement, during war effort, certainly during opening event, and for at least a month after gates open. These aren’t anything like I experience on Herod last year, but it’s enough to be rather annoying on raid nights.
