Fairly new to game but want to try and farm some older mounts.
So in Sethekk Halls, Anzu is only available in the “heroic version” I was told. So does that mean I can only do it with a full group of other 120’s? Or whats the deal here? Thank you!
No you don’t need other 120s, Sethekk Halls is very very old content and can easily be solo’d as a 120. Just walk in alone and clear it, once a day clear. You’ll one shot every mob and boss. Just set dungeon dificulty top left, after right clicking your character portrait to heroic.

Content from older expansions does not scale up to max level. You can safely solo anything in every difficulty before Legion raids on mythic difficulty at current gear levels (ilvl 450ish for the average player).
no no no… maybe I said it wrong. how do I enter the heroic version that spawns Anzu? As opposed to the normal version…
Ohhh, gotcha. Right click your player portrait on the top left of your screen, “Dungeon Difficulty” and select Heroic

Top left, right click your character portrait. Dungeon difficulty>heroic.

You can go back in up to 10 times a day to retry. After you kill Anzu (you don’t have to kill anything else) go back outside and right click on your portrait and then “reset all instances”.
Click your character portrait in the upper left corner. There’ll be a drop down menu to select dungeon/raid difficulty.
Heroic dungeons are locked daily aren’t they?

Not for the older dungeons, they never had Mythic versions.

Mythic Raids were introduced in WoD, Mythic Dungeons were introduced in Legion.
So could a 120 Hunter do those WoD Mythic raids solo? and Legion Mythic Dungeons solo? I assume yes since I basically one shot everything now.
Any of your 120 toons can easily solo content before Legion thanks to the legacy buff. Some Legion raids can be soloed but mechanics start becoming a problem in raids like Antorus.
Mythic Dungeons were WoD too, they just didn’t come out till HFC patch.
Legion Mythic dungeons are soloable, Legion Mythic raids… maybe. Depends on class and depends on which raid, the short answer would be no.
