I saw a Druid that was able to give people rides when in travel form. Is this a quest or how do I achieve this for my Druid?

It’s something you can purchase from a vendor in the Druid class hall. It’s called mount form. There’s also an owl form that a party member can ride while you fly. But you have to visit the barbershop to change to it.

Yes, if you’ve been there, you have a button that ports you there directly.

Don’t you get the 2 person Druid flying from from doing their Class Order Hall quest?

Yes, the two person owl flight form is the druid class mount reward for completing the order hall quest line.

Its just less annoying at this point to pick up a two seat mount.
