So I hear about people farming these all the time. Below is all I know of:
Coalescing Visions: World Chests in Uldum and Vale. Blue Dailies in both those.
Corrupted Mementos: AOTC Once a week. Horrific Visions.
Is there something I am missing? I have read a bunch of threads about farming these in large numbers. How?

There’s some corrupted mementos and coalescing visions on the mobs of the Lesser Visions. I suppose it’s possible to make a farm group.
There’s also random corrupted mobs inside the zones that drop mementos.
The fastest way to farm corrupted mementos would obviously to be using your Echoes of Nya’lotha for more Horrific Visions. About 5 visions from coalescing visions, 2.5 from the echoes you get from the visions, maybe 2-3 more from echoes from other places, 3kish mementos from each vision, about 30k mementos per week, so 1 gemslot per week. That is, if you don’t care about the corruptions or resistance.
hmm maybe I am confusing something (still new to game)… I think I misunderstood… they were farming for Echoes maybe it was… so they needed Corrupted and Coelescing. That’s what it was.
So how does one farm echoes for the vendor?
Sounds like they are doing multi mask horrific visions. That would be the only “farmable” source I can think of. More masks you use rewards more mementos in the chests at the end.
Coalescing visions you can “farm” in the lesser vision because you can stay in one for like 20-25 mins if you make use of the sanity restore from clicking some of the NPCs.
