A question for the Delve Experts in the group: If you haven’t unlocked Tier 8 of a Delve yet. On the day the Delve is bountiful, can you first do the Delve on 7 so that 8 will be unlocked, THEN go back into the same Delve on the same day, set it to 8 now and use your bountiful keys?
No, the bountiful “status” is consumed whether you use a key or not

If you do a bountiful delve and complete it, that delve can no longer be done on bountiful that day. This holds true even if you don’t use a key on the bountiful chest.
You’ll have to do a non-bountiful delve to unlock tier 8 delves, then run the bountiful as a tier 8.
No. Once you complete it, it’s done.
I learned that the hard way - ish - found out that if you complete it, but do not use the key, that Delve is no longer bountiful for the day.
You can. But don’t use your key while you are still leveling your delves up to tier 8. We ran one of our guildies through Earthcrawl several times last night and I thought they were able to use their key on Earthcrawl once we did it again on tier 8.
edit: other people seem to be suggesting otherwise, but I was pretty sure that worked last night. Wasn’t my key, though.
Dang, this is disappointing when you’re like me and haven’t done a lot of Tier 7s on account of limited time playing the game. Had hoped I could unlock them and then redo on 8.
You can do a non-bountiful Delve on 7 to unlock 8, the tiers are account wide and Delve wide. So you’re not unlocking a specific Delve, you’re unlocking them all. Hope that makes sense.
Delve tiers are universal, you don’t have to unlock tier 8 for each one individually

Yeah, as others have said, don’t have to do the T7 on each delve, just do the T7 on one that’s not bountiful, and you can then do the bountiful one on T8.
