Question over legality.
So, IF a bunch of players were to accidentally drop 10 or so printed advertisements for Classic WoW outside local gamestops, would there be any repercussions?
Theres no advertising instore currently.
If littering on public or private property, misdemeanor punishable by up to six months imprisonment and/or a fine up to $1000, with the possibility of eight to 40 hours litter cleanup. If littering on a public highway, street, or alley: fine up to $300 or imprisonment up to ten days.

Use water based paints and a common wall that isn’t exclusively gamestops, worst you get is a very small fine.

You’d be better off just posting to Twitter, Facebook, and any other Social Media website you can get your hands on.
GameStop is a dying company for a reason, no one goes to a GameStop anymore xD

dude, if some guy is just throwing 10 ads on the floor he’d probably get a verbal warning if anything unless he’s intentionally being difficult. And even then, that’s assuming someone is there while he’s doing it. Otherwise
I bet if you just asked “Hey, can I post this.” they’d be happy to do it. They might even be willing to put a stack at the register.

?? Just about any state in the US these days has laws regarding littering.
I’m just merely making a point on “there are consequences”.
Just look up the NCSL website for a full list.
