Yep, name change/server transfer will reset your forum account (including any ignore lists you may be on)
Also, this is how silly forum discords get made, accuse people of being in some shadowy discord enough times and they’ll go all Stonecutter on you and make a discord

i also think rename eliminates your character from peoples ignore list on the forums cause i was ignored a lot and then i saw people responding to me again
