I’m just curious if we are going to be stuck doing Classic Timewalking for the duration of this event, because I’ve been looking at the in game calendar and it seems like the only Timewalking that’s going on for these next few months is Classic, no TBC, no Cata, no MoP just Classic (going purely by the graphics on the calendar). Classic Timewalking is good and all, but it’s kinda getting dull now that it’s been 2 weeks of it.
Probably and its directly tied to the 20th Anniversary. There’s a lot you can do in the game besides timewalking.
Click into the actual entries and you’ll see BC, WOLK, and Cata on the calendar during the event with classic in between. The turbulent timeways is also slated to come in the next patch, potentially before winter veil if the PTR splash screen is accurate. That is usually several weeks in a row of the timewalking expansions on rotation for catchup heroic gear before the next season, so I’m guessing the schedule could also change if that comes early. You can also take advantage of the classic rep buff while it’s up even if you are not interested in the dungeons.
The traveler’s log also has tasks for BC and Wrath timewalking, so those events would have to both happen in November for those to even make sense.
BC starts in two days, while Wrath’s isn’t until the reset of 11/26.
