is last laugh really the best in slot first phase weapon or is this a troll multiple sites are perpetuating? I cant find a single reason why this weapon would be good, as it has no usable stats other than hit and the damage is way lower than other weapon options in naxx. Is it solely for the super fast attack speed? I figured slower attack speed would be better till i partied with a dual Hailstorm DK last night who smoked me in dps.
it was bis for 32/39, blizz didn’t put the real wrath talents in so you can’t make this build.

Depends on the spec/build. Frost wants slow weapons because they have higher weapon damage and the abilities scale off of weapon damage. The Unholy DW build it doesnt matter.
Not to mention that KM is a ppm proc type which uses base weapon speed to calculate a % per auto to proc KM so slower weapons are better there.
Frost = 2.6 sec weapon (as close as you can to it)
DW Unholy pet snapshot = seems like most people get quicker weapons.
