Question about when to use CoS - CoE

Hello, our raid team only consists of 2 to 3 warlocks. We got plenty of mages, all frost, and no shadow priest sadly. So I always cover CoE on bosses but its a point of debate if CoS is worth using over agony/doom, especially considering debuff limit.

Does anyone know when its optimal? I thought yes with even just 2 locks because of the lower resistances alone with the damage buff being icing on the cake.

CoE reduces frost resistant as well, and you have mages…

So CoR is #1 priority, if you only have two locks, i always choose CoS over CoE, because lock damage is more important. Personal opinion, not objective raid dps fact.

the damage from CoS will vastly outweigh agony/doom.

If you have a lot of mages… CoE is kinda a must regardless of having a s.priest
