Question about Well-honed instincts

Do I need to be in bear form or will it proc in any form?

It will activate in any form. There may be a bug where the heal will get cut off if you switch form during the 3 second heal.

i also feel like it dosent go off quite often, like ill die but i see it not being on CD.

It’s the best endurance conduit we have, if it works.

Agreed, obviously it gets more benefit in bearform and so forth but I like I actually have some survivability option in Moonkin aside from barkskin.

I can confirm it works for resto and feral in their respective forms.
Havent tried it as balance, so I can’t confirm that one.

Even triggers off fall damage and such.
My only issue, and it’s me, not the game, is that it goes off when I’m low, which is exactly when i click frenzy regen myself. So I end up wasting it.
Haven’t gotten to creating a Weakaura for it yet.

I am okay with this honestly sure it gets wasted sometimes but chances are you were anticipating huge burst and went to bear/form regen yourself earlier and if you dint you might be dead otherwise.

This is easily the best conduit and saved me more times than I could count. I’ll probably be going 2x Endurance conduits to reduce pressure on healing.

Well-Honed Instincts will easily be the best conduit for all Druids. Innate Resolve will also be a good secondary to boost time to live, especially with a Feral spec.

I’m running those together now that we have our 2nd conduit slot open and it feels really wonderful. I can live through most non rogue/mage openers now

Edit: balance

its mandatory because of the damage that is going on, but honestly we still die like made out of paper in a stun.

The damage is nuts and Moonkin does not have many ways out of CC like stun/fear where you are also getting wrecked.

works in any form. Between it and the cheat death pod I have been saved from many an embarrassing death.

Where does this drop?

Does anyone have a 200ivl Honed Instincts and Innate Resolve ? I want to know how the ivl changes the effects from 184 to 200 ilvl

Wowhead is your friend.

I tried looking but couldn’t find anything on ilvl 200

Yeah, posted this a long time ago before there was anything on WoWhead about it.

184, and 200ilvl will be the 4th and 5th percent listed on the conduit.
