Question about the Legion expansion Mage Tower Challenge

Are the Artifact Weapon skins earned by the Mage Tower challenge shared across other characters of the same class on the same account?

Say I had a Monk that did the Windwalker Challenge and got the skin before that xpac ended, but not the other color options that could be unlocked anytime after that. Would that register to another Monk or do i have to unlock the other color pallets on the Monk I did the challenge on?

Yes

You have to unlock the tints with the Monk who did the challenge.

I did the challenge on three (maybe four) characters and there’s a cool tint for the Windrunner Monk (Mage Tower skin)… but I have to win 10 rated BG’s to get it… and the alt is on a low pop server. I would transfer the character to a better server but I refuse to rename it.

RBG’s can be done cross realm.

Gearing up a fresh alt and suffering through Yolo’s is the much larger headache.
