Why is it that when you fly down on your own, there is a seamless transition going from Donogal to Ringing Deeps, but when you take the flight master bird, there’s a loading screen?

Its random, ive had the loading screen even when free flying.

There actually isn’t a seamless transition but I think on a normal mount there’s enough time you usually don’t notice it, but on my PC there is a frame rate drop/ stutter as I phase into the next zone.
It background loads the area at the bottom while you’re going down, so it depends on how fast you’re traveling vs. how good your computer is. If you’re on a potato like I am, you can hit the loading screen while skyriding down.
