Question about the alliance war campaign quest line

Is the island expedition required to continue the alliance war campaign for the allied races? I did the first two strongholds and now I can’t get the third one. I’m trying to get the allied races but the Nazmir quest won’t show up

If it’s your first character doing BfA content, then yes, you have to do the Island Expedition tutorial. (It’s not a real Island Expedition, and it’s not all that involved.)

Thanks for some reason I didn’t see the lets’s go option and thought you had to do the actual instance.
