I assume this also includes already collected transmogs? Like elite sets, since those have automatically saved to your catalog since BFA, or even older ones youd buy from a vendor that you may have sold by now. Or even mop challenge mode sets? I’m assuming these type of things would be retroactive since they are already collected. Can anyone confirm??
reading this statement, it looks like it only applies to gear that your characters have already collected.
like, say for example, your priest did molten core two months ago and got the Eskhander fist weapon to drop - priests cannot use fist weapons, so it would not unlock that appearance.
but your priest held onto the fist weapon in their bank since then. Now, that fist weapon appearance will unlock.
this makes it seem as though now you can use that priest to collect paladin tier pieces and they will unlock for you (whereas currently only a paladin can unlock a paladin tier set appearance)
do you mean that if someone obtained Legion season 4 elite pvp set for a monk that they would then unlock all elite pvp sets for every class for legion season 4?
No, I mean if I have the cruel elite rogue set, or primal elite rogue set, already obtained in my catalog, will my monk be able to also transmog this now?
This is not opening up access to class restricted appearances to other classes, no. It’s only opening up the ability to UNLOCK those restricted appearances on any class for use on the restricted classes.
