What is this ? Someone says it is not in the game anymore … i just bought some elixirs from the AH ! Who is it for ? As a new playerI did some reading about my class but it was 10 years ago …

… Lol. If you were here since spell power existed, how does this add up…?
I think spell power was folded into intellect instead of being its own stat.
If you hover over intellect on your character page it says something about increases your Spell Power by x%

Spell power is an old stat no longer in use.
It used to do exactly what it sounds like it does, make your spells hit harder.
The character stats has been simplified since then, however I am not sure if the effect still works at lower levels. I doubt it, though.
The only stats you need to worry about are your main stat (Intelligence in your case), Stamina for your health pool and the 4 main secondary stats.
These are;
Versatility, Mastery, Haste and Critical strike chance.
If you get to a point where you are min/maxing your character, then there are tertiary stats too.
These are;
Speed, Avoidance, Leech and Indestructible
You can hover your mouse over each stat in your character pane to see how they affect you.
General rule of thumb…
If the stat doesn’t show in your character stat pane, then it has no effect.

Come to Classic and bring all the spell power pots with you.
Kind of weird tho , old stats but plenty of elixirS on A.H. and enchants .I guess am a dead man when my brother sees that i spend many of his gold to get enchanted and elixir ,RIP ME
