Question about Sims

Hey all - so I am contemplating starting a normal only raid guild where you can play however the hell you want. That explicitly means we won’t recommend meta builds for each player or even log.

My question has to do with sims as I still believe even in this context its important to squeeze the most out of your possibly sub-optimal build - do sims account for the specific talent builds you are using when determining best gear?

EDIT - I am talking Raid Bots actual SimCraft here

I use Ask Mr Robot, it just uses all my characters current gear and talents - but you can customize it.

I imagine other sims let you do this.

Yes, sims usually use your current talent build when comparing which item is better
